Three Rivers Ride
The Three Rivers Ride covers more than 140km ( 95 miles). Beginning at Tidbatch in Worcestershire, it crosses through Herefordshire over the Rivers Lugg and Wye, continues into Wales across the western flank of the Black Mountains to cross the River Usk (the last of the three rivers) and finishes at the Brecon Beacons National Park Visitor Centre. The waymarked route travels along small lanes, bridleways with exposed open sections that have magnificent scenery. The ride passes close to three major Iron Age hillforts, Motte and Bailey castle remains and Arthurs Stone, an old burial mound.
