Rivington Pike Ride (6.16 miles )This ride takes you up onto the top of Rivington Pike where on a clear day there are fabulous views towards the coast, with Blackpool Tower and the River Estuaries clearly visible. At weekends and Bank Holidays, especially Easter, it can be very busy. This ride is about 6.5 miles and will take between 2 and 3 hrs to ride.It is virtually all off tarmac roads, the top section being an unmade road with plenty of room to avoid any slow moving traffic.There are toilets and refreshments at the Lower and Upper Barn [ Upper may be closed during the week.]
